Fast, tracked delivery and hassle-free returns on every Zoomora order.
Shipping
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our fulfillment center. Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days; expedited shipping (2–4 business days) is available at checkout. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your PureVault ships. We currently ship within the United States and select international regions.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your PureVault. If you're not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it's unused or in its original condition with all packaging. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. Sale items and used sterilizer units are final sale.

Exchanges & Damaged Items
If your PureVault arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required. To start an exchange or return, reach out via our Contact page and our support team will guide you through the next steps.
